A garage to room conversion is done by first obtaining the adequate building permit to do so, and then sealing off the garage door so that it operate as a wall of your home instead of a retractable door. Garage conversions are actually quite simple, usually because the garages already have concrete bases, with which we can easily paint, finish, or add carpet too to convert it into a fully-functioning room. Depending on your preferences, we can also close off some of the windows, add siding so it blends in with your home’s exterior better, and we can add a separate door entrance from the side, if it doesn’t have one already.
